Questions families ask

What happens to my recordings if something happens to me?

After missed check-ins, MLW sends you warnings by notification and email. If a full grace period passes with no response, your recordings are emailed and texted to the contacts you chose — with links to listen and a button to save every message permanently.

Can my family save the recordings?

Yes. Every delivered message includes a "Save to keep forever" download. Once saved to their phone or computer, it's theirs for life.

What if I just forget to check in?

MLW is patient by design. You get reminders on your phone, then emails, across a grace period measured in weeks — and simply opening the app counts as a check-in. Delivery is a last resort, never a surprise.

Who can hear my recordings while I'm alive?

Only you. Your vault is protected by your account, optional Face ID lock, and encryption. Nothing is shared with anyone until delivery day — which we hope never comes.

Can I use MLW on my computer or iPad?

The MLW Web Vault is coming soon — sign in from any browser to record and manage your messages, synced with the iPhone app.
